We want you to love your Glyde pad. If something goes wrong, here's exactly how we handle it — no runaround, no small print.
30-day returns
If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll sort it out. We offer a full refund or replacement depending on the situation.
To start a return, email glydeglass@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Damaged or defective items
If your pad arrives damaged — cracked, chipped, or with a printing defect — we'll replace it immediately at no cost to you. Just send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll get a replacement out right away.
You do not need to return the damaged item in most cases. We'll confirm this with you via email.
Wrong item received
If we sent you the wrong size, design, or product, we'll send the correct item immediately and cover all shipping costs. No return of the wrong item required.
Custom print orders
Custom orders (where you provided your own image) are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or the print is clearly defective compared to the preview we sent you. Because every custom pad is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns on custom prints for change-of-mind.
We always send a print preview for approval before production — please review it carefully before confirming.
