By accessing the GLYDE website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the GLYDE platform, including those who browse without purchasing.

All products sold by GLYDE are gaming accessories intended solely for use as computer mouse pads on flat desk surfaces. GLYDE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations in colour, finish, or dimensions may occur due to monitor calibration differences and manufacturing tolerances.

Availability of products is subject to change without notice. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer either a substitute or a full refund.

By submitting artwork, photographs, or images for a custom print order, you represent and warrant that:

• → You own all intellectual property rights to the submitted content, or have obtained all necessary permissions and licences to use it for commercial print purposes.
• → The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
• → The content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

GLYDE accepts no liability for any intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork. If we have reason to believe submitted content infringes on third-party rights, we reserve the right to decline production and issue a refund.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defect on our part.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.

GLYDE is not responsible for currency conversion fees or additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider. Payment must be received in full and confirmed before any order is processed or dispatched.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and notify you accordingly. You will receive a full refund if your payment has already been processed.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery for non-custom orders is 8–15 business days from dispatch. Custom orders ship within 10–18 business days.

GLYDE is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, adverse weather, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon handover to the shipping carrier.

A tracking number will be provided for all orders. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping notification, please contact us and we will investigate or issue a full replacement or refund.

All content on the GLYDE website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of GLYDE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without our express prior written permission.

The GLYDE name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of GLYDE. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GLYDE, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.

Our products are designed and sold exclusively as flat desk accessories. GLYDE expressly disclaims all liability for any personal injury, property damage, or equipment damage arising from misuse, improper handling, modification, or use in any manner other than the product's intended purpose as a flat mouse surface.

In no event shall GLYDE's total liability to you for all claims exceed the total amount paid by you to GLYDE for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.

Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLYDE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

GLYDE does not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements, that delivery will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GLYDE and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• → Your use or misuse of our products or services.
• → Any content or artwork you submit to us for custom orders.
• → Your violation of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GLYDE operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

GLYDE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated.
