All Glyde pads are shipped directly from our production partner. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Delivery times

Standard (all orders) 8–15 business days after dispatch

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates — occasional carrier delays outside our control may extend these windows.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Most orders go to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the EU — but if you're elsewhere, we'll still get it to you. If you're unsure about your country, email us before ordering.

Order processing

Standard orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping notification with your tracking number once the order leaves our facility.

Custom print orders require an additional 3–5 business days before dispatch while we process and confirm your artwork. We'll send you a print preview for approval before production.

Packaging

Every Glyde pad ships in protective packaging designed for glass. The pad is wrapped in foam padding and boxed securely to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the product immediately and contact us — we'll replace it at no cost.

Import duties & taxes

For orders outside of China, you may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering if this is a concern.

For US customers: most individual packages under $800 clear US customs without additional duties under the de minimis threshold.
